Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Owners use a Ring camera that is pointed at the driveway. No other cameras are on the property.
  • Access details and any entry information will only be sent after signing the required agreements.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Fees and Payments

  • This home is pet friendly with a $25 per day, per dog, pet rent. Maximum number of pets allowed is 99.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Free parking is available. Maximum parking for 4 vehicles.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • EV Charger uses J1772 charging plug. Tesla owners must bring adaptor. Charge rate is approximately 25 miles/hour.
  • Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking basics. A starter set of paper products is provided: one roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. These items are sufficient for one or two nights. Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens will be provided.
  • High-speed internet, dishwasher, toaster, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, stove, oven, landline, hot tub, and climate control are available.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.
  • 4WD or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended during the winter months.
